Teravoxus Trust

The Teravoxus Trust exists to safeguard the long-term public-interest work that sits beyond the scope, incentives, and time horizons of commercial enterprise

The Teravoxus Trust will oversee the management of all social programs initiated by Teravoxus (Holdings) Limited or any of the group companies. This will be financially and structurally seperate from the commerical company, wholly independent from the management structure and working under the control processes of the Trust Charter and the guideline set out by the Charities Commission.

No person on the board or involved in the management or oversight of the Trust may be involved in the management of the commercial entity or may they be an investor in the commercial entity.

The Teravoxus Trust does not operate to attract or court external funding. Where financial support is offered, it will only be accepted without conditions, without influence, and without expectation of control over outcomes.

All funding arrangements will be transparent, published, and strictly purpose-bound, with ring-fencing applied where appropriate. No donor, including government bodies, may influence research direction, governance, or conclusions, except where a grant is explicitly awarded for a defined and limited purpose.

British Housing Trust Limited

The British Housing Trust will be a semi Commercial affordable housing developer that will construct homes for individuals and small families in factories, which will provide much requires employment there, in sustainable ways, in modular form to manage costs, speed up construction and then “flat pack” them to their intended location where they will be installed in location in secure locations with security and parking to ensure the residents are safe and secure. The homes provided will be available to rent, buy or lease via the 

SF Stores Limited

SF Stores will be a social fund program, non-profit retail outlet that has the core intention of opening stores in every city, town and village throughout the nation to provide employment and, most importantly, everyday essentials people need, at affordable prices, people can afford, without all the marketing costs, inflated profit margins and price pasdding seen in other retailers. 

The management board will have salaries not more than 5 times that of the shop floor workers, who will be paid a salary at least commensuarate to the national average salary for the UK. The Company will return all profits back into the business ot improve services, reduce costs and expand the portfolio to increase the social impact. We intend to keep the profit margin stagnant at 7% above cost price to achieve the stated aims. 

BHT Trust Home Sales Limited

BHT Sales will manage the sale of BHTL homes to those in a position to raise the small mortgage required to purchase one. Mortgages will be arrangable as loans under FCA rules to run at lengths of 120 months, 144 months, 180 months, 216 months, 240 months or 360 months. Loan length will be age and income related with loans over the age of 70 requiring an insurance policy in the event of death of the principle. Unlike conventional mortagages, we will not insist on hard age limits as long as the health of the principle is sound and their income can cover the loan for the period of that loan. 

BHT Home Lease Limited

BHT Home Lease will arrange the long term lease of homes to tenants, contracts will be from 3 to 12 years but may be roll-over contracts for those who are not in  a position, or do not wish to purchase a home outright. 

BHT Home Rental Limited

BHT Home Rental will rent homes on rolling 12, 24 or 36 month contracts to tenants who do not wish to lease or purchase a home. Rents will be affordable and manageable.

BHT Maintenance and Support Services Limited

BHT Maintenance and Support Services  will provide all technical and engineering support services to all properties constructed by BHTL. Rented and Leased homes will be covered withing their agreements, except for deliberate damage, but homes that are sold will need to buy either a seperate contract to cover maintenance cover or a “pay as you go” service which would require them to pay for vists as they are attended to. We will negotiate with Insurance providers to cover homes in both instances for affordable amounts to ensure costs are manageable and kept as low as possible whilst still providing a high quality service.
