Physical and front of house personnel will only be employed from former military ranks with exceptional records, including those who have be invalided out due to combat related injuries, where their injuries would not prevent them performing their duties.

Astronomy, Astrophysics, Planetary geophysics, Exoplanet research and and public science outreach.

A platform to allow researchers to collaborate with each other, amateurs and coordinate projects, work with education bodies, schools, colleges and universities across the globe, undertake scientific outreach and research focused on observational astronomy, astrophysics exoplanet science and accessible education for serious enthusiasts and professionals alike. The platform will host documentaries, “TED talks” and other shows that will be valuable to the science community, educators and the public.

Gaiatreks Group Limited

Earth and research science field collaboration network platform and a public outreach/engagement platform.

One platform will be focused on supporting researchers who are operating in the field by providing internet connectivity, data storage, communications, and related resources, whilst another will be a subscription service to allow those same researchers to engage with the public and education establishments to run courses, engage and educate, host documentaries, discussion shows, “TED talks” or even stream their conferences for the public to observe.

The third arm will be a purely commercial trading arm that will source or have manufactured high quality clothing and field work products that can be used by researchers or others working in extreme environments, but priced sensibly, not at the inflated prices we currently see in the high streets for such gear.

Teravoxus Trust

The Teravoxus Trust is an independent charitable entity, regulated under Charity Commission rules, with full and autonomous oversight of all social programmes undertaken by the Teravoxus group.

The Trust exercises independent governance over the activities of British Housing Trust Limited and SF Stores Limited, ensuring they operate strictly in accordance with their charters, articles of association and stated social purpose.

Teravoxus (Holdings) Limited has no operational control over projects once they are assigned to the Trust. The holding company defines the project scope, allocates funding, and then steps back entirely, leaving delivery, oversight and accountability solely with the Trust.

This structure exists to ensure social initiatives are protected from commercial pressure, managed ethically, and governed independently, regardless of the financial performance of the wider group.

We believe commercial success carries a responsibility to contribute meaningfully to society, and the Trust exists to ensure that responsibility is honoured in practice, not just in principle.

British Housing Trust Limited

The British Housing Trust Limited will be a social housing project that will build truly affordable homes for residents in secure compounds with security and secure parking, affordable energy supplies, and affordable to either buy, lease or rent.

We are developing a model that no government has even looked at, and we believe the British public will accept, because house prices have pushed a whole generation out of the market and this is not sustainable or acceptable.

Our model will be Not for profit, so whilst we will be commerical in nature, all profit will be used to build more homes, maintain existing ones or improve services. There will be no shareholders skimming profits for golf days or extended holidays.

SF Stores Limited

SF Store Limited will be a Community focused, not for profit, household essentials retailer.

Starting small, our eventual goal will be supermarkets in every city, mini stores in every town and shops in every village  across the land. Where villages have shops, we will partner with the current owners, if they so choose, or we may buy them out, if they wish. We have a strategy for salaries to ensure the highest paid in the organisation only gets paid no more than 5x the pay of the lowest paid, and all profits, such as they will be, will be driven back into the business to expand and improve services.

SF Stores, and other companies formed under this banner will be managed by the Teravoxus Trust and not by Teravoxus (Holdings) Limited.
