VML Network Limited

A subscription based backbone of the family, this will be the everyday platform that the majority of members would use, but unlike the current equivalents such as Facebook, this will require the member to verify their ID via our trusted ID partner on sign up and at login each time, their username will be their real name, not something random pulled from the bowls of their mind, they cannot post anonymously and they must stand by their words.
The system will not use any algorithms for content, instead posts will rise and fall on responses, reads and views and reputation impressions. Users will automatically start with a reputation of 100, this will rise or fall depending on their behaviour. The full reputation scoring system will be published shortly.

VML Professionals Limited

A subscription model based social network for professionals from teachers to engineers, doctors, CEOs, CFOs and every flavour of professional in between. ID verified at account creation, ID verified at login, you are who you say you are. All your qualifications are verified, all your employment details are verified, and your contact details are verified. There are no adverts, no upselling and no fake or spam accounts, no messages from people attempting to sell you services you do not want.

Professionals will be separated into groups by discipline that will allow them to talk and communicate with others within their specialism, none of this jumping on bandwagons by others. If you are not a professional with those skills, you cannot jump in. There will be channels to allow the self-employed and corporations to sell themselves and their products/services, all will get a base subscription account, but then they may purchase additional pages or even subdomains.

All users will be verified by our Verified ID partner and all companies will be verified as legitimate and trading business entities.

VML Kids Limited

VML Kids is designed to be an ultra-secure, ID verified and age ringfenced online safe space for children from 3 to 17 years old. Each age band will require double verification by the parent and child ID, and confirmation by a verification code auto generated by a third party system. In most cases this third party will be an education establishment that already knows the child and can confirm the parent and child ID via secure login details via their education account, we are currently investigating another secure way to do this to ensure only age appropriate children can access these spaces.
The spaces will only contain age appropriate programming and educational materials; this will include materials set by their education provider.
Child safety is our no 1 concern and not for compromise. Any person found to be attempting to or compromising our systems and children will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in whichever jurisdiction they reside in, no exceptions to their social position, wealth and connections. If necessary, Teravoxus will take out private prosecutions where the law allows such actions. We will be robust and uncompromising in this.

VML Developments Limited

VML Developments will be a Research and Developments company with a broad church to develop tools and platforms that make the internet both safer and more secure for all users, whether private individuals, government, or corporations. Today, we are still using technologies that rely on systems from the internet dark ages, (email) that leaves systems vulnerable every day to malicious actors, corporations around the world spend $billions annually on sticking plasters to patch cyber security holes that no-one appears to be in a hurry to fix, partly because to many are making too much money applying the plasters. But individuals, and your companies are being left vulnerable, and the problem is only getting worse, LLM (AI) technology is increasing the threat level, password policies are meaningless if people still open emails from people they do not know with attachments that are unsafe – 90% of cyber-attack vectors come from this avenue – we are working hard on technologies to eliminate this risk with verified accounts and confirmed communications not reliant on 1980’s/1990’s technologies that cannot be spoofed, spammed or rerouted.

VML Access Limited

VML Access control will use Liveness scans via our verified partner(s) to confirm a person’s identity before granting them access to a building, a room or other facility as long as the security policy attached to their profile allows access. This will be used in all Teravoxus companies once established and then offered to all security conscience third parties where security is paramount. No local liveness data would be stored; all scans would be checked against information stored remotely by our ID Partner under their own data storage and GDPR compliance protocols.

VML Chat Limited

Development of identity verified secure communications within and across platforms. Initially this will be instant messages, but it will develop to replace email completely on a larger platform versions

Vox Mea Link Limited

Vox Mea Link will be a video communications, short streaming and conferencing platform like no other, verified user ID across the board, full E2EE, high quality audio and video, for corporations, education, personal use, counselling, government communication.

VML Browser Limited

VML Browser Limited is a longer term development project to development a secure internet browser in which the VML platforms natively live but give users a secure platform to browse the wider internet via secure systems. It will incorporate all the communications technologies from all the VML Developments companies to ensure all users have a safe, secure and enjoyable experience whilst utilising the internet, whether it be for work, pleasure or communications. This is not a project to be rushed, we will ensure it is as robust and secure as any browser can be, with every feature being fully “opt in” by users. We will also look to make versions of the browsers specifically tailored for corporate clients for their internet exposure, extranet activities and intranet requirements, so users have a coherent and holistic experience that keeps all systems safe and reduces IT workloads and cybersecurity costs for corporations.

VML Secure Payment Limited

VML Secure Payments will be a development to provide an ID verified secure payment system to cut out fraudulent payments, stolen debit/credit card use and even our kids using our cards to run up debts on gamer platforms – let’s be honest, many families with X-Boxes and play stations or online game/film accounts have faced this issue in the last 15 years due to the very lax security in place on the platforms, which has not overly improved.
In 2025 there were 2.7 million reported cases of credit/debit/banking/phishing and other frauds reported to banks and the NCA according to data from the NCA and the latest UK Finance Report, with over £600 million being reported stolen in the first six months alone, and industry experts estimate only ~14% of fraud cases are ever actually reported because they are either undetected or embarrassment, especially when it is older people or companies, both of whom fear reputational damage.
That means true fraud figures for the entire year could be a staggering £8.5 billion per year – let that sink in for a minute – and that is just the UK, a small island of 67 million people – (£127.91 per person) just 1.39% of the G20 population. Imagine the total fraud across the board just within the G20.
Whilst no definitive dataset exists, in 2024/25, global estimates put global corporate fraud at over $500 billion with total global fraud potentially as high as $1.4 trillion, we plan to make a serious and significant dent in the pockets of the perpetrators of these frauds and keep money in the pockets of the individuals and the corporations where it rightly belongs.

VML Video Limited

VML Video is an advert-free, subscription-based video platform designed for creators and audiences who value quality, independence, and transparency. No algorithms, bots or nonsense, just high quality, educational and informative videos the way it should be. High standards and explicit content contracts for creators from day 1, with age control on all content mean we control what is hosted on the platform. Creators own their copyright, but we own the platform.

VML Cyber Limited

VML Cyber Limited will operate as a dedicated cyber-security unit providing advanced protection services for organisations and individuals. Its primary focus will be the prevention, detection, and mitigation of online threats, including automated bot activity, spam campaigns, credential-stuffing attacks, unauthorised access attempts, and denial-of-service activity.
In function, VML Cyber will offer services comparable to established web-security and traffic-protection platforms, but with a fundamentally different technical approach. Rather than relying solely on static rule sets, signature databases, or coarse geo-blocking, VML Cyber will employ AI-assisted behavioural analysis to identify malicious activity in real time.
Large Language Models and related machine-learning systems will be used to correlate traffic patterns, authentication behaviour, protocol anomalies, and historical threat data in order to distinguish legitimate users from hostile or automated actors with greater accuracy. These systems will support adaptive response strategies, including intelligent rate-limiting, session isolation, targeted blocking, and automated challenge mechanisms.
Where malicious activity is detected, network-level attribution data — including source IP addresses, autonomous system information, and estimated network jurisdiction — will be securely logged and retained in accordance with applicable data-protection laws. This information may be used to enforce access restrictions, support forensic analysis, and, where legally appropriate, be made available to service providers or law-enforcement authorities.
Enforcement actions will be risk-based and proportionate. Rather than relying on crude or permanent IP blocking, VML Cyber will maintain dynamic reputation models that adapt over time, reducing collateral impact on shared infrastructure while maintaining effective long-term protection.
Current geo-blocking techniques are widely recognised as blunt instruments that are easily circumvented and prone to false positives. VML Cyber’s approach is designed to move beyond geographic assumptions and instead focus on observable behaviour, intent, and technical consistency, providing a more resilient and future-proof security model.
